I'm always trying to improve my breeding lines and practices but also how I work with owners and families.  Now that I'm retired I will have more time and attention, although I know you all love Doug.  So some input as I start to put together some tools and educational material etc.  What is something you would really like to see in your breeder - not the obvious but something that would resonate with you.  What kind of info, support, information would you find helpful.  Help me get better at meeting the needs of my owners.  Also what has really not gone over well with you with a breeder, no names just info
